BandLogix Account Deletion

If you need your BandLogix account and associated data removed and cannot complete that inside the app, use the public request method below.

Request deletion outside the app

Email us at support@bandlogix.com and ask us to delete your BandLogix account.

What to include

  1. The email address associated with your BandLogix account.
  2. A short note confirming you want your account deleted.
  3. Any details that help us verify the request if you cannot sign in.

What happens after you request deletion

  • We will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account within 30 days of receiving and validating the request.
  • Some information may be retained if required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
  • If you still have access to the app, you can also delete your account from Profile > Delete Account.
For the fastest turnaround, send the request from the same email address used for your BandLogix account whenever possible.
